The Group's
founder & Chairman, Jim Zockoll, an American had seen electromechanical
machines used to clean drains in the USA and identified a market for
specialist drain cleaning here, in the UK. The first Dyno-Rod operation
was set up in 1963, in South London.
Since inception, Zockoll has developed exciting new franchise and licensing opportunities across many different industry sectors. Since the sale of Dyno-Rod to Centrica in September 2004, the focus of the company is the introduction of Phonenames to the UK as well as the development of it's 0800 Flowers business.The company is well positioned for future new growth as well as expansion of its existing operations.
